Combining professional training with lived experiences, I specialize in guiding clients through challenges like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and grief. My goal is to help you regain control, find clarity, and unlock your potential for a brighter future.

My Journey

With a Master’s degree in Social Work focusing on Mental Health, my practice is built on a foundation of both academic expertise and personal resilience. Having overcome General Anxiety Disorder, major depression, and an 8-year battle with addiction, I truly understand the complexities of mental health struggles. A profound personal loss—the passing of my older brother and three loved ones within three months—deepened my commitment to self-healing, gratitude, and supporting others.

Professional Experience

I’ve worked across industries such as commercial real estate, finance, and IT with renowned organizations including The Weitzman Group, Valero HQ, Energy Transfer Partners, and Accenture. My specialized training in Trauma-Informed Care and hands-on experience at Haven for Hope—a transformative facility for the homeless—enhanced my ability to offer real-world solutions to mental health challenges.

My Approach

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower clients in addressing their struggles and building fulfilling lives. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or striving to improve your habits and relationships, I’m here to support you with compassion and evidence-based strategies.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader of personal development books and love staying active through hiking and sports. My cat, Roxy, keeps me grounded, and I find peace by the beach—whether fishing or simply enjoying the waves. Traveling and spending time with family and friends also fuel my passion for life.
